EU project raise capacities of key Kosovo institutions against trafficking of human beings

A four-days training was held in the beginning of December 2017 to benefit the staff of the Office of National Coordinator against Trafficking of Human Beings (ONATC), focused on strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, as well as review of the ONATC terms of references (TORs).

The main purpose of the training was to develop the strategic capacities of the key Kosovo institution responsible for coordinating anti trafficking efforts, enabling it to further increase its capacities in managing its work.

The EU project also designed monitoring and evaluation tools to support the implementation of Kosovo’s anti-trafficking strategy and the action plan. The monitoring plan is a comprehensive tool to be applied not only in the existing but also in future strategies and action plans, in the fight against trafficking of human beings in Kosovo.
